I recently patronized your establishment and ordered the egg-fried rice and chicken soup. Regrettably, the culinary experience left much to be desired. The vegetable portions in the fried rice were noticeably oversized, contributing to a cumbersome dining experience, and the rice itself was excessively salty, posing a challenge to consumption. In regards to the chicken soup, while its presentation was commendable, the taste suggested an imbalance, leaning towards an excessive addition of water. This resulted in a lack of desired thickness in the soup, detracting from its overall appeal. Both dishes, unfortunately, were perceived as disproportionately expensive in relation to their value.

On a positive note, I wish to express appreciation for the exemplary service provided, and the ambiance of the establishment was notably pleasant. Nevertheless, I kindly urge a reconsideration of the quality and flavor of the culinary offerings. I recently dined at Chinese Woks Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food is undoubtedly delicious, and there is ample parking space, which is convenient. However, my overall experience was marred by poor staff behavior and unclean tables.

During my visit, I observed an incident where a couple arrived for dine-in service. Despite the restaurant having three more hours until closing time, the staff rudely informed them that dine-in service was closed. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and significantly impacted my perception of the restaurant.

In addition to this, the staff seemed indifferent to customers' needs, and the tables were not cleaned properly. This lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service is disappointing.

Wow, what an experience! If you’re looking for a place where the cashier couldn’t care less whether you exist or not, congratulations—you’ve found it. Taking an order here feels like you’re disturbing their afternoon nap.

And then there’s the mysterious gentleman lounging around the dine-in area like some kind of royalty. Don’t expect him to move or show the slightest courtesy for paying customers—apparently, chairs are reserved for his personal throne.

As for the environment? Let’s just say the flies seem to be having a better time than the humans. A perfect combination of laziness, arrogance, and filth—what more could anyone ask for? Truly setting new standards in how not to run a brand.
