The best ever boutique to buy online clothes is LANA Boutique. According to my view their qualities are ..................... GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Neenu, the owner of this boutique is very humble person for clearing my doubts regarding the clothes'. The whole team of LANA was available when i called them. That's very good quality of a boutique when a customer is buying clothes through online.

2.DELIVERY TIME: They will provide the product within the mentioned time. No fake promises like other online boutiques do. If there is any delay they will inform before we ask.

3.DRESS: Obviously the quality of their products are adorable. The sizing was perfect for me. The stitching and finishing was very good. They have large variety of collections and unique styles. The pleated Kurtis are their main attraction; it has large number of pleats than i expected. Also their kids section is captivating. Since today i purchased 13 kurtis and 3 kidswearS..Also waiting for the next purchase. i already recommended LANA boutique to my friends and family and will do same in future. Also waiting for the new collections and wishing very good luck to the whole team LANA......KEEP YOUR...

I would have given negative stars if that was possible.I had a really bad experience with Lana Designer and honestly wouldn’t recommend them, especially if you’re ordering from outside India. I placed an order for three outfits for Onam and paid in full, but they only shipped two of them together. When I asked why, they told me they “only ship two items at a time” — something they never mentioned before. Because of that, I ended up having to pay double the shipping charges, which could have easily been avoided.

I had to call and message multiple times before anyone even replied. The communication was really poor and there was zero accountability.

And after all of that hassle, they even sent me the wrong size for one of the outfits. For the amount of money I paid and the stress I went through, this whole experience was really frustrating. I highly recommend not to order from them especially international customers.

Update: I saw the reply to my review saying contact a number, contact you to answer a month later or what? Stop scamming people & start showing some accountability. The outfit you guys sent wouldn’t...
