Navya Bake Shop — Restaurant in Kerala

I am giving 2 star because of the online experience. I had booked a cake online on 9th July for delivery on 19th July. The cake was excellent,no doubt about it but once I booked online there was no confirmation mail from their side. I called the next day at the bakery and the guy there verbally confirmed the order. On July 19th, they totally forgot about the order, I had to call and remind them that I had booked online cake. Plus they charged me Rs 80 for delivery when I don't live more than 2 km away. On asking about this at store, they said they provide free delivery, don't know about online which was a complete loot of my money.delivery guy had no clue whether I paid for cake or not, even though I gave him the order number he wanted proof that I paid which he could have checked at the bakery.i wouldn't buy from this bakery again since their online experience is very bad even though...

They are my favourite bakers in Kochi. I like this Chembumukku outlet particularly. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. For me, their milk bread is the best bread in the city. They have a good range of tasty vegetarian baked snacks. They also stock eggless plum cake during Christmas. (Eggless plum cake is a rarity.) They also stock Navya milk, Navya chips and other snacks and, other branded snacks and sweets. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Not worth the money. On multiple occasions, I received items that were nearing expiry, and shockingly, some even caused allergic reactions. What’s worse. I personally witnessed staff changing labels on products (Especially on dates and carrot cake) , including altering the manufacturing and expiry dates.
