Dessi Cuppa — Restaurant in Kerala

I have had bad experiences at this Dessi Cuppa with payments - either they say their card machine is not working or they do not have an option to pay by PayTm. My latest experience was where I asked the person at the counter whether I could pay by PayTm and he told me that their balance (or limit) had been reached. A few minutes later, a good looking female customer asks him for the PayTm number to make the payment and he slyly types the number on the calculator (so that I would not notice him giving her the number). I then asked him how come their PayTm suddenly had balance and he gave me some lame excuse that he cannot give the option to everyone. Again, this is the latest experience among other poor ones here. I recommend customers going to Dessi Cuppa at Palarivattom instead - excellent service and no issues with payment options which is run by the actual Dessi Cuppa owner and not a franchise like this joint near High Court. A small juice shop with dine in facilities located near Highcourt. A max of 20 people can be accomodated. Tried mango shake, which surprisingly was very good. The distinct taste of mango was much more invigorating, with less sugar content. Wide variety of juices, shskes, lassi, sundae etc are available. There was a slight rush, due to the hot climate.

Pros: Good quality and sufficient quantity Affordable cost Neat and clean Service is ok.

Cons: Parking is a bit drag. Roadside bike parking only.

There was a lot of varieties to choose from and I tried the Belgian chips shake. It was tasty, chocolate and crumbs of cake with chocolate chips on the top . The shop was neat and pleasant with lots of vibrant colours.

The only issue I had was with the waiting time. It took around 25 minutes to give parcel to the only customer who was there ahead of me. During this some customers left after waiting...
