I stayed here for 3 days. I paid Rs 360/per night for single room with attached bathroom. Only non ac rooms are available. Rooms are clean and spacious with cheap prices in comparison to other hotels located nearby railway station. Facilities include free wifi, morning tea, boiled water. There is a market also near to it in Broadway where you'll get everything food, fruits, vegetables, clothes..etc. Staff was very polite and helpful to guide me. Plus point, it is near to marine drive, a good locality with big buildings, restaurants, hotels and banks.
Some auto drivers will criticize about this location like there is canal, it's the garbage place and will suggest you for better non ac rooms with Rs 600 / per night for single person. Don't listen to them, if you are new to the town. You'll get everything here, Just explore the Broadway market. There is Ojeen restaurant with cheaper rates, Punjab house restaurant for North Indians but little bit costly as we can expect in south. Visit Marine drive and enjoy the view.

Read moreLocated few meters away from Kerala high court, it’s a small hotel catering to backpackers like me as its quite affordable and one can visit many attractions from this place. I took a single room for 2 days as I had visited cochin for a very short weekend trip from Mumbai. The non ac room has a single bed with attached washroom and a TV. The bed sheet was quite clean and the manager Mr. Rapheal was quite courteous . I had told him that I will be going for a half marathon early morning at around 4:30 AM and he was already awake in the morning. A nice gentleman indeed, he also guided me to few pure veg restaurants in the near vicinity. I received a welcome tea and a bottle of water on my arrival at the lodge. The prices are quite reasonable. The only sour point is that there is canal nearby which has completely black water and also leads to mosquitoes come inside the room if window is left open. I had to use the mosquito coil to drive away the mosquitoes...

It's a good place for a quick refreshment break, but not ideal for a long stay — mainly because it's hard to sleep peacefully due to mosquitoes 🦟.
It's an affordable and budget-friendly single room in Kochi, but not suitable for overnight rest 😜. If you just need a place to freshen up or safely store your luggage, this is a good choice.
Breakfast or dinner is not included, but I did get bed tea. I stayed there for 2 days. The first night was horrible because of the mosquitoes, but the staff gave me a mosquito coil. A fan was also available, but it wasn't enough.
The room I chose didn’t have an attached bathroom, but rooms with attached bathrooms are also available.
The second night was much better. There’s also a parking area — especially safe for two-wheelers, which is great for solo travelers.
If you’re not too bothered by mosquitoes, this place can...
