Abad Bay Pride Mall is, in fact, a residential complex with a few shops. It is not a complete shopping center. Less than half dozen of branded shops including, readymade dresses , footwear, electronic shops are here. Also an international wristwatch counter under the elevator, a restaurant and some offices of Abad biz group on the first floor.... the meaning of a Mall limits in it.

The main enticement of this mall is a transparent restaurant called Abad Food Court. The huge glass walls turn inside the restaurant effulgence. It also gives a panoramic view of Backwater that present a colourful sunset. In short, the food court is in a wonderful ambience. Abad Food Court is very famous for sea food and Biriyani. The reason: they get fresh fish and shrimp directly from Abad Sea Foods, a sister concern of this Bay Pride Mall.. Apart from the sea food items, here they serve biryani, dosas, sandwiches, soups, pizzas and several items of chicken as well.
