Review of Domino's Pizza, Aluva
Our recent visit to Domino's Pizza in Aluva with family was less than satisfactory, primarily due to the hospitality and overall service experience.
Hospitality: From the moment we entered, the hospitality left much to be desired. We felt an unwelcoming vibe, possibly because we ordered only a few small-sized pizzas for our first visit. It seemed as though our modest order was frowned upon, which was quite disappointing.
Ambiance and Service: When we seated ourselves, the lights were off, creating an uninviting atmosphere. It wasn’t until another customer arrived that the staff turned the lights on, and this was around 6 PM, a time when adequate lighting should be a given. This lack of attention to creating a welcoming environment for all customers is a significant drawback.
Food Quality: Unfortunately, the pizzas did not meet our expectations. My kids, experiencing Domino's for the first time, did not enjoy the pizzas, leading us to parcel the remaining portions. The taste and quality were below what we anticipated from a brand like Domino's.
Facilities: On a positive note, the cleanliness of the store was good, which is always a plus. Additionally, the parking space is adequate, accommodating about 5-6 cars, which is convenient for customers.
Overall: While the cleanliness and parking facilities are commendable, the overall experience at Domino's Pizza in Aluva was marred by poor hospitality and a lackluster dining environment. Ensuring that every customer feels valued, regardless of their order size, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere are areas that need immediate...
Read moreI just wanted to mension this person inside your store whom i saw while i was standing inside waiting for an order i placed, i was watching how he made the pizza starting from the first step to the last. He's really an asset to your store. When he began his job he had this level of dedication for what he was doing. He took a lot of care in each process while another staff forced him to be quick. In the whole process a lady inside the kitchen was yelling at him to make it quick, to throw the cheese and meat and not be gentle. Yet he didnt speed up, he kept the same phase going and took an effort to pause and observe the way the cheese was put and after that continued on. Even the way he scooped the dough and flattened it and finally shaping it was professional. I had great expectations when i took the pizza out of the store and traveled back home. Straight back i had to open up the box taste it, and my expectations were met. It was really tasty, my parents too admited that it tasted good. If you ever read this review check your cctv at 4 to 5 pm in the evening on 25th September 2020. i dont know his name but the name but just appreciate him for his effort. And throw that lady inside kitchen out of the store. The behaviour of that lady can affect the performance of your store, first of all shouting staffs are bad for any business, people come here to relax and enjoy the food and not to get hooked up in the middle there talking. Secondly manners and friendliness of staff is what makes a business shine thats missing when that lady stands there. Local country slangs and talks aren't what we expect inside a...
Read moreI recently visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Aluva, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness, the welcoming atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff.
Ambience & Cleanliness: The outlet is well-maintained with a neat and cozy seating arrangement. It’s air-conditioned and perfect for both dine-in and takeaway. The kitchen area is visible, which gives you confidence in the hygiene they maintain.
Customer Service: The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. They greeted me with a smile, helped me with the menu, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the visit. The service was prompt, and the order was delivered to my table within the promised time.
Food Quality: I ordered a Veg Extravaganza and a Chicken Dominator along with cheesy garlic bread and Choco Lava cake. Every item was fresh, hot, and delicious. The pizza crust was perfectly baked – crispy on the outside and soft inside. The toppings were generous and flavorful. The garlic bread was soft and loaded with cheese, and the Choco Lava cake was warm and gooey – a perfect dessert to end the meal.
Value for Money: The pricing is fair, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. They also had great combo offers available, which made it even more worthwhile.
Delivery Experience : On previous occasions, I’ve also ordered from this outlet, and delivery was always on time. The packaging was secure, and the pizzas arrived...
