Today i had a worst experience ever.I was a regular coustomer of Best bakers Edappally.Yesterday they reopen it.I was so exicted to go there.But their behaviour was so disappointing.For any hotels or bakery or any thing they should give some respect and priority to their customers.But they don't have it. The first thing that i feel bad was..a person sit just in front of me told me to go and sit another table.And secondly they take my order very late.And the worst part is i got my shake after 30 min. Their behaviour is very bad.They don't know how to take care of their customers.I never had such a worst experience in any shops. And the only positive i want to say is that their watermelon...

I really like the place. A nice little eatery in edappally Excellent ambience after renovation. Service is simply superb. Food is good. My little kid loves the place. Evenings are a bit of rush. Only disadvantage is the parking. There is ample parking space but it is difficult to park in evening due to ongoing traffic in main road.
