The worsttt!!!!No cleanliness,Failed customer service.Had lunch from this Place and i am giving this review a few minutes after the bill payment.I have ordered a Biriyani ,shattering my expectations there came Rice and chicken curry with plenty of water and chilli powder in it🤣🤣. I was wondering how these people can serve this poor food to the customers who pay for it.I complained at the counter but the man there started a quarrel and he also stated Ernakulam special Biriyani is like this!!!As a food lover , I have tried almost all the regional Biriyanis of Kerala and the funniest part is i am a resident of Ernakulam for the past 16 years. വളരെ മോശപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ഹോട്ടൽ ആണ് ഇത്, ദയവു ചെയ്ത് ആരും ഇവിടെ നിന്നും ഭക്ഷണം വാങ്ങി കഴിക്കരുത്, ഞാൻ ഇന്നലെ വൈകിട്ട് കോഴിക്കോട് നിന്നും ആലപ്പുഴ പോകുന്ന വഴിക്ക് വൈറ്റില യിൽ വിശപ്പ് കാരണം ഇറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ നല്ല മഴ കാരണം അടുത്ത് വേറെ ഹോട്ടലുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും എന്റെ നല്ല സമയത്തിന് ഇതിനുള്ളിൽ കേറേണ്ടി വന്നു. കഴിക്കാൻ അവിടെ ആകെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് പൊറോട്ടയും ബിഫു കറിയും മാത്രം. വളരെ വൃത്തി ഹീനമായ ഹോട്ടൽ. കട മുഴുവൻ ഈച്ച പാറി പറന്നു നടക്കുന്നു. ഒരു ബംഗാളി ആണ് കടയിൽ പാചകക്കാരൻ ആയിട്ടും സപ്പ്ളിർ ആയിട്ടും ഉള്ളത്. ഒരു പ്രായമായ സ്ത്രീ ക്യാഷ് കൌണ്ടർ നിൽപ്പുണ്ട്. കട കണ്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഇറങ്ങാം എന്ന് കരുതി എങ്ങനെറ്റപ്പോൾ വെളിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റാത്ത മഴ. വേറെ നിവൃത്തി ഇല്ലാതെ ഒരു ചായയും പൊറോട്ടയും പറഞ്ഞു. അര മണിക്കൂർ സമയം എടുത്തു ഭക്ഷണം വരാൻ ഞാൻ വിചാരിച്ചു ലേറ്റ് അയാൾ നല്ല ചൂട് പൊറോട്ട കിട്ടും എന്ന്. വന്നതോ തണുത്ത മരവിച്ച പൊറോട്ട അതും അടിക്കാത്തത്. ബീഫ് കറി എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് മുളകുപൊടി മാത്രം ഇട്ടത് അതും നല്ല തണുത്ത കറി. ഒരു പൊറോട്ട കുറച്ചു ചാറിൽ മുക്കി എങ്ങനെയോ കഴിച്ചു. ചായ കുടിച്ചു നിർത്തി ഇറങ്ങാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ചായ കുടിച്ചു പകുതി വന്നപ്പോഴാണ് അതിൽ ഒരു വലിയ ഉറുമ്പ് ചത്തു കിടന്നത് കാണുന്നത് അതോടെ ഞാൻ മതിയാക്കി ക്യാഷ് കൊടുത്ത് ഇറങ്ങി hubil പോയി ടോയ്ലറ്റ് കേറി വോമിറ് ചെയ്തു. ഇന്നും എനിക്ക് അതിന്റെ ക്ഷീണം ഉണ്ട്. ദയവു ചെയ്ത് നിങ്ങൾ പട്ടിണി കിടന്നാലും ഈ ഹോട്ടലിൽ...

Just an average or below average hotel. Visited on 18.09.2024. We had Chicken Biriyani porotta and beef curry. Biriyani was good. The beef curry was bad... Service was also poor. There were no water in the washing area.. and the managed it with a bucket of water.

Anyone reaching the mobility hub may enter the hotel quickly after seeing the board.. but I don't recommend this after...
