This chain is iconic and has presence primarily in Kerala. If you want a good fill at reasonable rate then you should visit this eatery. Though the price is pretty affordable yet the food is palatable. The veg cutlet and the mutton cutlet are just unmissable. You will surely get the money's value. I would give it less then one star. This is not just for the his branch. I felt it's the case in most branches. Place is stinking. Unhygienic, falling to tatters. Food is absolutely tasteless. Service is worst. One of the worst world over. The waiters act as if they are kings and customers are their slaves. Service speed can measure with a snail. Half an hour to one hour is common. Indian Coffee House – Thalassery

I visited in the morning, and despite a minimal crowd, there was too much delay in getting the food. This seems to depend on the chef and their daily preparation. I had a masala dosa and coffee, but the dosa was not good that day.

Cleaning inside the restaurant is not bad, and parking is limited — bikes can be parked in front of the hotel, but during crowded times it becomes very difficult.

On the positive side, the food here is quite affordable compared to other restaurants, and people can manage with a minimal amount.
