Albaik Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Reached at 2110 hrs. Due to the nice ambience, expected a nice dinning experience. But most of our desired dishes (biriyani, kuboos for alfam, ghee rice etc) were not available. Ordered the available dishes. But till 2145, they couldnt serve it. After a long waiting, When it came, it totally dissappointed. Chicken chettinad, chicken kadai and even paneer butter masala looked as if same. Really bad experience.. Wonder how the hotel able to survive for the last 7 months!!!!!!! My visit to this restaurant was pretty disappointing as the service was very slow. Especially on a weekend when rush is expected, shortage of staff is not an excuse to give the customer. The Hot and Sour soup arrived quicker. Just wasn't hot enough. Expected more from Albaik Thalassery since their Calicut branch is pretty well known. Also hope they introduce more items to keep up with the Arabic Cuisine menu. Was disappointed to find out Kebabs' not there...

Albaik family restaurant is located in Thalassery of Kannur district, Kerala.
