Loved the ambience. Usually not so crowded. Enough parking is provided and really liked the aesthetics of the place. Tried Egg, Chicken puffs and Veg north Indian samosa. All of them were good, hot and tasty. As usual the tea was awesome. KR bakes is situated on the ground floor of the building and the first floor is a restaurant ‘Ikkal’. If you want to have a good meal or biryani, you can consider this. Along with snacks, they do provide pastries like Redvelvet, Vanco, Butterscotch, Black forest, white forest cakes. Tried red velver cake and it was delicious. Overall enjoyed dining at KR bakes.

A nice and beautiful restaurant in Willingdon island. Ambience was very nice and pleasant. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner available. Both Veg and Non Veg options, Non Veg options were very good. Restaurant is on the first floor. Ground floor is for Tea and Snacks. Variety of items like Cakes, cutlets, rolls and the Kerala special Pazham Pori are available. Tea, Fresh Juice, Ice creams are also available. Banana chips, tapioca chips, variety of murukku items and pickled vegetables are other attraction. Overall experience is very good. Pi

Tried a choco truffle and spanish delight pastries, and paneer jelabi. Choco truffle was good in taste but the sponge was not that much soft.. but In case of Spanish delight the taste and sponge was good. Paneer jelabi was something different from the other. It was soft from the inside and light brittle outside. Overall the items tried was good.

I request management to hire a good staff. We were served like we are having a free food. They just want to clean the stuff and leave so they served us what they want to get finished.. so pathetic service.

Curry they bought was burnt, when asked them they said u want to replace or let me close the bill.

We were looking for staffs to get serviced , we were the only customer there. We reached hotel at 9.15 pm, and ordered what we wants to have, but the reply made me shocked, hotel getting close and 10.30 so staff are cleaning so we have only limited food.

I felt like we were served food that they need to completed and close the restaurant for which we paid ...

I was not in idea to post a review but unfortunately looking to all reviews, the most of faced the same. I kindly request management to...

Ordered a Cake yesterday and gave the message to be written on the cake. The bakers have North Indian's who doesn't understand English or Malayalam and when it was time for the pick up, I found wrong message written on the cake. I didn't had much time to spare and had to go off with the cake which looked weird with the corrections made in a bad way. It was a marriage cake and had to keep it like that which is a very bad impression. They should appoint more people with better communication skills to do stuff like these. I would not go or recommend anyone to the bakers anymore as the feedback received from them...
