Kings Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Not the old kings!! Seems like they are just overpricing the food and not paying the chefs. I was a fan of their dragon chicken and i had recommended the restaurant to many of my friends. Yesterday (27/07) night when we asked for a menu the waiter told there is no menu 😅 so basically they too might have thought they have overpriced food. Dragon chicken which “had” good quantity was cut in half. There were more onions than chicken. Wheat parotta was so dry. Earlier wheat parotta was crispy and tasty what happened tothst?

Nawabi felt like a oversauced mess and Kohlapuri was one thing which was good actually that should be nawabi as we ordered kohlapuri for the spice and it wasnt spicy at all

My friend told that we could go to imperial kitchen seeing the price 🤣. It’s their discretion to increase the price, but it should be a buyers choice to opt for it!! Without Menu card we felt completely shunned. If you want to price like Imperial please do provide service and...

28/10/2021 Cons (because people should know this first) Good space "underutilized" by a terrible management. Customer service is pathetic. A person standing as a supervisor or something acts like we're eating at his expense. Poor attitude. Food - Arghh!!! I still have that raw chicken taste on my mouth ( I'm concerned about the freshness of the chicken, hope it's not a decayed one). Seriously, at this quality my 8 year old cousin cooks 150 times better. Pricing. It looks reasonable at first for a restaurant like this but it's totally unacceptable for the quality they are serving. Kitchen and wash areas are poorly managed and it's unhygienic.

Pros: The workers are polite and they all have this "we know we serve bad, but sorry" face. Good lighting and ambience. ( But its more or less similar to the importance of the word "T" in tsunami)

Ok kind of restaurant. During evenings too much crowded . Food is kinda hit or miss. Make sure that the dishes you order are cooked well. Got half cooked chicken in Butter Chicken today . Don't think there is any point in informing them as they don't seem very receptive to negative comments (downside of having guaranteed customer base). The time they take to get the dishes ready doesn't match with the quality of the served dieshes nowadays.The Biriyani rice are well cooked,tasty and Chicken Biriyani is good. Mutton Biriyani is not that good. Azad still tops the charts for Mutton Biriyani. Kerala Parotta was good couple of times but was not up to the mark last time.
