Disrespectful Staff and Terrible Service

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. From the start, the staff acted like they were doing us a favour just by letting us be there. and it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to take our order—even though the place wasn’t busy.

When we asked basic questions about the menu, the server responded with a cold, dismissive tone, as if we were bothering them.

The overall attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. It’s clear the staff either isn’t trained properly or just doesn’t care. We left feeling disappointed and disrespected.

I recently ordered food from this hotel through Zomato, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon receiving the order, I noticed that one of the soft drinks was missing. I immediately contacted the hotel to inform them about the missing item and requested a refund for it. However, despite calling them multiple times (more than five), they failed to address the issue or provide a refund. This lack of responsiveness and customer service left me feeling dissatisfied. It's unfortunate that the hotel did not take proper action to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction.
