KR Bakes & Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Everything was good except the treatment we met from the counter person. My wife had come from hospital with a cast in her hand and when we left we found a scooter parked right behind our car. When I asked them about it the man at the counter started speaking in very abusive voice that because I parked the car a bit behind he was punishing us. My wife who was weak from hospitalisation was literally jittered and we had an articulation on the tone of his voice. I’m a retired senior citizen and was wondering if this is the way a service sector should work.

The worst part is he did not remove the scooter that was locked!!!!!. I had to somehow push it out of the way and risk getting knocked while taking the car out.

Everything must be available on the CCTV if available. This happened around 3.00PM today.. It was a very bad and appalling experience for us, after having a late lunch and excellent treatment at the table.(We had kappa, fish curry, veg fried rice and a Chinese veg dish)

Have KR bakeries forgotten the basic ethics of treating a client? Do we get penalised for not parking our car properly? No one told us at that time or afterwards to park properly. I would have definitely obliged. Hope the owner looks at the post and replies...

I had ordered 1 kg Black Forest cake, 250g Badusha, 4 veg samosa and 2 chicken samosa on 8th July 2022 for 9th July 2022 via the online facility in the website given in this map link I didn't have them delivered to the denoted address despite asking for phone number, e mail ID, pin code and displaying that delivery is available to that address, which is less than 5 km from Patturaickal K. R. Bakes. When I contacted KR Bakes,Patturaickal,Thrissur , Kerala, in person, they denied knowledge of such an order. They contacted their officers on phone and said my online payment of Rs.1358 has gone to the coimbatore office of KR bakes. The staff at K R Bakes Patturaickal said he will give what is available in the bakery at that time, samosas are over. I said I would like to have the same items, but I said i am willing to wait till the next day if I can have the same items. He said ok. But my mother who went on my behalf on 10.07.2023 was given puffs instead of samosa and bread instead of Badusha. and was told that Bread and Badusha cost equal, Rs. 50 only.

Shame on you for being so unprofessional, unethical...

A warm welcome by a used tissue. Ignorant waiter(I usually don't call them as waiters or something. But here I couldn't help myself) It will be a really pathetic experience you can have there. We just ordered some snacks and coffee only instead of ordering a bulky dinner for the evening, so we can get the poor range of service they provide.

If you need something there to eat or something, you must go to the waiter, where he is standing to get a huge menu.

Then you'll get the stale food with wet plates and no tissues. The waiter told us to get tissues by our own. Then

And they will give us the bill without asking if we need anything else.
