Bad experience !! Visited this branch by around 7.30pm, they were having some power failure issues, so had to wait outside till they solve it as it was extremely hot inside. Even after they solved (after around 10 minutes), the AC was not working properly it seems, it was too hot inside the room. Our order was processed only after these issues - so our 10-15 minutes got wasted in the beginning itself, because of their delayed action. And when the food came, it was another disaster. the pizza base was too tooo oily. Literally there was oil floating on the serving dish. the toppings options are minimal, and with zero variety. They mostly have “indian flavoured toppings” like chicken tikka, malai etc etc which many of the customers wont enjoy with an italian dish like pizza. They can include, but i felt that there should be more variety in the toppings options. there was hardly any toppings on the pizza which we ordered. Eventhough we selected from supreme topping (american cheesy chicken), we felt that the amount and number of toppings were very less compared to the description given in the menu card. Garlic bread lacked garlic flavour. It was loaded with butter and cheese (which we opted seperately) and zero garlic flavour.

Altogether felt like opting “Pizza hut” for our pizza craving was a bad decision that we took. Felt that they are not keeping up the quality and name of...

Worst experience from this branch;pizza was too oily which we can use for oil bath after having one pizza,bread crumbs are too hard we need a hacksaw to cut,and dips order taken by two flavours and serving same flavour it's not given with food and we have to remind them about it again serving ordered soft drinks like starter drinks which full gas will go before getting food,if we try to highlights these they are treat like customer having their life's first pizza and customers are not aware what they buying and need a study class .......!and they act like they are do specific like that because they have instructed to do so.....!even their wash room was too messy no neatness and no hand wash and no tissue I think customer also bring soap and tissues after having food from there.....these kind of unaware employees will make the brand worst experience 👎they don't know any basic manners to serve and keep shop near and tidy.Do not recommend this outlet .spend money on street food is far better then here .taste wise and...

The worst experience ever. Never expected such a demeanour from an international food joint. I had to ask them to clean the table, 10 minutes after I entered. At the counter, no body cared to attend to customers. We have to reckon them. They are not at all bothered about the entry or exit of customers. Even when there is low to medium rush.. The customer service is pathetic. The order took like ‘ever’ to be completed.. they seem to be serving swiggy staff better than dine in customers. I had to remind them of my drink multiple times and they were like “meh!” not even an apology. Then I had to wait at the counter for another 10 mins after finishing my food to get my drink ready.. the funny part is that they dont even remember my order.. not going back to this place again. Too many lethargic staff.. I used to visit Dominos and came to this place for a change.. I will not say Dominos is the best.. but they are far far better.. well organised and much more attentive...
