TELICACY RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Kerala

Ordered just two items and both were of pathetic quality & inedible. Chicken Sweet Corn soup was full of corn flour, raw and not a spoon could be had. Pepper chicken was raw boiled chicken in pathetic gravy. Called restaurant to inform and they seemed least bothered. Review for people going to order from here in future Response to owner: 1) The soup was pathetic - period. I have photos and videos of it, no amount of heating could save it. Do not try to blame Zomato delivery for the issue, the delivery boy had to wait there long to even get the order 2) Do not lie to customers, NO ONE reached out to me , instead I somehow searched and got your number, called to inform about quality issues and you flatly refused to acknowledge it. High price. I visited there 3 times. Always food is late. Want to wait at least 20 minute. Quality of food is very low in this price. Indian coffee house serve better food than this restaurant. Double the price. While taking this much price at least maintain quality of food. Quantity of food also less. Air conditioner is not working properly. Too warm inside the restaurant. The worst food I have had in my life literally!!!!!!! I am so pissed!!!!!!!! I ordered pepper chicken and it was awful.
