We had dinner at Menani Restaurant with a group of 15 people, and the experience was outright frustrating. If you're planning to visit with a big group — beware.
We ordered chapati, butter naan, porotta, karimeen, neimeen, quarter alfam, and chicken curry. But what we received was a completely disordered and poorly managed mess. No gravy items were provided with the breads, leaving most of it wasted and dry. Multiple butter naans were untouched — because there was simply nothing to eat them with.
The staff clearly had no clue how to guide a large group on what or how much to order. There was zero planning or suggestion, and as a result, we ended up wasting food and money. The communication gap between order-takers and kitchen is shockingly bad.
On top of that, the fish is charged based on weight, not quantity, and there’s no transparency or upfront clarification. If you don’t ask every little detail, you’ll be overcharged and under-served.
In short: If you’re coming in a group, avoid this place unless you want to walk out annoyed, confused, and disappointed. Very poor service, terrible order handling, and a complete lack of...

I was very impressed by the ambience and more importantly the restroom was clean, like I said this is very important for travelers like me. Hardly any seats occupied that too on a Sunday afternoon which shuld have striked me before ordering the food. But we were really hungry and ordered a veg meals, Fried rice and squid fry thats it. It took almost 20 min for the food to be served. After that we got the food that was not hot, meals was below average and the squid fry was like squid and onions roasted. The definition of fry is different here, looks like I need to mention as squid65.. I was like really??? Then ordered juice, after 15 min they came and said no juice. I called the manager and i told him this, he heard my concern and walked away.. not at all convincing.

As we were so hungry ,ordered for sadya...And they charged it 430 rupees per person...funniest part is for this amount they served sadya in plastic paper...When we asked about,their reply was filled with pucham...Insisted to meet owner/manager to complaint,all staff were synonymously saying owner is out of station...but we could figure out owner among them,he was hiding among other staff....such an irresponsible people....all most all dish including payasam was very bad in preparation...when we raised our concern,no one is ready to give a reply or showing der face....Very very disappointed ...
And one thing made me happy,that we were not alone in giving complaint,everybody who sat at that time was in cash counter for various complaints regarding food including kuzhimandhi...
