Very disappointing experience! I visited this bakery recently and was quite upset with the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff ladies. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she was dismissive and spoke rudely when I asked a simple question. It completely ruined the experience and made me feel very uncomfortable. The food might be decent, but customer service matters just as much. I really hope the shop owner looks into this and trains their staff to treat customers...
