I recently visited this restaurant and had an overall decent experience, which I would rate 3/5. Let's break it down. The atmosphere was quite pleasant. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with everything neatly arranged. It had a comfortable vibe, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, and I was especially impressed by how they kept my glass filled with warm water throughout my meal. They were quick to respond to requests and made me feel well taken care of, which definitely enhanced my overall experience. The food, however, didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The starters were a highlight—tasty and well-prepared and the soup was great and spicy which I personally loved as I am a spicy lover but others might not feel good it.And the main course didn’t impress as much. I ordered seafood, and while the option itself was decent, I found the fish wasn’t as fresh as I had hoped. There were too many bones for my liking, especially given that I specifically requested a fish with fewer bones. The staff did try their best to accommodate this request, but it still wasn't the most enjoyable. The drinks were refreshing, but they lacked the tanginess I was expecting. After a heavy meal, they did help to cleanse the palate, but they weren’t particularly memorable. The bill was exactly what I had anticipated. The menu clearly listed the prices before GST, so I was able to estimate the total cost, which I appreciated for its transparency. Overall, it was a fine experience. While the service was exceptional and the ambience was great, the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. The freshness and preparation of the seafood could have been better, but the staff did make an effort to meet my needs. I’d say this place is worth visiting if you're in the area, but maybe not if you’re expecting standout food. a good choice for dine out with family. i've come here with my friends as well as family- nice place to hang out. very elegant & hygenic interior. food is tasty but very expensive. so I don't usually do frequent visits. We ordered spicy seafood soup & cream of mushroom soup- seafood soup was yum ; mushroom soup tasted more like rice soup - i prefer the mushroom soup from copper spoon, selex mall. Then for starters we ordered chilli gobi dry( it was very tasty) & koonthal fry( tasty but small quantities). Then we had chicken biriyani( yum; enough for one), mutton biriyani( tasty; very expensive; only one small mutton piece; enough for one) & fish biriyani( best among d 3; enough for one but had 2 big fish pieces) . Then we had garlic & butter naan( expensive; one naan enough for one person only- usually in other restrnts wen v order one set naan 2 people can easily eat) with kanthari chicken (super yum; can feed 2 people) & murgh malai handi( i alone liked it ; expensive; mildly spicy; can feed 2 people) & shahi paneer( very sweet for my liking; but perfectly creamy rich paneer that holds it shape slightly browned around the edges which i liked; not at all spicy) . then for desserts we had chocolate icecream( it was good) . then for drinks we ordered mint lime soda, mint lime( better than mint lime soda) ,pineapple juice(super good) .also their butter chicken is a bit sweet but i liked it- i prefer butter chicken from mint malabar, shornur road. (all this for 2500 for 5 people) excellent service, perfectly cooked meat & fish & veggies which i value. plus point is that there aren't many places in thrissur wer u can take ur family out for a meal. so i recommend this place for that once in a month/ year outings...
