I visited your Thrissur outlet near KSRTC Bus Stand today (08/09/2025) around 1:20 PM with my family during our journey. Due to the crowd, we opted for a parcel instead of dining in. I paid the bill immediately and received a token for my order.

Unfortunately, what followed was extremely frustrating. For over 30 minutes, I kept asking the counter staff (two young men) about my order. Each time, they showed reluctance to respond, with dismissive body language and no effort to provide clarity. At one point, one of them told me the order would arrive soon, but then left and never returned.

After repeated follow-ups and long waiting, I finally requested a refund. To my disappointment, the staff processed the refund without even asking about my concern, showing complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

While I understand lunch hours can be crowded, the experience was unacceptable. Customers deserve at least clear communication and respect for their time.

It felt as if the staff assumed that having a crowd outside is enough, and that individual customers don’t matter. Please remember: customers are your strength, and without respect, loyalty is lost. This experience could have been avoided with: Transparent communication about expected delays before taking orders. Empathy and respectful treatment towards customers, who are your guests.
