Papa's n Mama's — Restaurant in Kerala

If you’re considering Papa’s n Mama’s for a meal, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My recent visit was nothing short of disappointing, with poor service, subpar food, and pricing that made no sense.

We ordered two Rumali Plate Shawarmas and two teas, expecting a decent and timely meal. However, it took 15 minutes for the waiter to bring roll shawarmas instead of the plate version we ordered. After pointing out the mistake, it took another 10 minutes to even get the tea, which the waiter admitted he had forgotten. Finally, after waiting an additional 17 minutes, what was served as “Plate Shawarma” was laughable—just roll shawarmas cut into pieces, a few stale fries, some salad, and a sachet of ketchup.

To make matters worse, the menu listed Plate Shawarma for ₹160 and Roll Shawarma for ₹120, but there was absolutely nothing to justify the extra ₹40. The taste was bland, and the presentation was as uninspired as the service.

Papa’s n Mama’s may sound like a cozy, family-style restaurant, but the reality couldn’t be further from the promise. If you’re looking for good food and decent service, save your time and money—there are far better...

This is one of the good restaurant situated near to the bank of calicut sea. It is the paradise of non veg lovers. No hotel in the Kozhikode city can beat its goodwill, quality, taste and popularity. It is the hot choice of every people who visit the city or pass by through Kozhikode. Even VVIPs had tasted and praised its unique culinary skill and taste. On the negative side, the price may be little bit higher, but it is still affordable while comparing with other cities. Finding a seat here is a task especially during lunch time and for dinner. Good area to sit and eat.. I don't think that it is not worth for money.. try to enjoy it...

The only thing which is good about the place is it's near to beach. Coming to food we ordered a plate shawarma and roll shawarma . The food was the worst and highly priced . The roll shawarma was full of cabbage and meat was not at all there . Such cheap quality and priced 120 for roll. And the plate was prices 160 .not at all tasty and talking about hygiene it was worst . The charged 20 rpz for tea. No hygiene Cheap food High price . These are the only things they can offer you .
