I recently visited KFC on kalamassery and I must say, the state of their toilets was absolutely appalling. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst restroom experiences I have ever had. I feel compelled to share my disappointment in this review. First and foremost, the cleanliness was shockingly poor. The floors were sticky, the sinks were filthy, and the overall odor was unbearable. It was evident that the toilets hadn't been cleaned or maintained for quite some time. The lack of basic hygiene standards was deeply concerning and left me questioning the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, there was a severe shortage of toilet paper and soap. I had to request staff members multiple times to replenish these essential items, but they seemed disinterested and unresponsive. It's extremely disappointing to encounter such a basic and essential necessity neglected in a place like KFC. The overall condition of the toilets was abysmal. There were broken fixtures, malfunctioning flushes, and even leaking pipes. It was evident that maintenance was sorely lacking, and these issues had been ignored for far too long. Considering the volume of customers KFC serves on a daily basis, it is unacceptable for them to neglect such a crucial area of their establishment. Hygiene and cleanliness should be a top priority for any dining establishment, especially one as popular as KFC. I was left feeling disgusted and extremely let down by the overall experience. It's a shame because I have enjoyed their food in the past, but after this encounter, I'm hesitant to return. I sincerely hope that KFC management takes immediate action to address the deplorable state of their toilets. Customers deserve better, and I strongly urge them to prioritize cleanliness, regular maintenance, and the provision of essential supplies in their facilities. Furthermore, the overall maintenance of the restaurant was highly unsatisfactory. The token display system, which is crucial for efficient order processing, frequently malfunctioned. This resulted in confusion and delays, as customers were left guessing about the status of their orders. It was frustrating to witness such a crucial aspect of the operation being neglected.
To add to the disappointment, on Wednesdays, customers were not allowed to order the 350-pack meal at the counter. Instead, we were directed to use the KFC application for placing our orders. While I understand the convenience of digital platforms, it was disappointing to be limited to this option, especially for those who may not be familiar with or have access to the application.
The combination of the congestion, poor maintenance, and malfunctioning token display system significantly affected the overall experience at this particular KFC branch. It is essential for the management to address these issues promptly. Improving the maintenance standards, ensuring the proper functioning of the token display system, and providing customers with more flexibility in ordering methods would greatly enhance the dining experience.

I visited kfc Kalamassery outlet today Ordered 2 classic thandoori zinger burger and 4 hot wings, cost around 783 After 30..35 mints we got our food with very bad presentation .. i called one of the staff called ‘Ragee’ she told that this is how they’re presentation looks like. I feel very bad about the arrogant behaviour of the staff and i asked her to call the manager.. she left and do her basic works without even acknowledging my concern .. i agin visited front desk then she told me that she can replace the burger with the same arrogant sound ,i said no i need to talk your manager, finally someone came and said that they will replace because of the rush they can do this way only , we got replacement of the same but situation is little better that’s it.. I’m sharing my experience for your valuable customers who paying the bill without asking anything , you guys should definitely react on time for this kind of bad behaviour of the staffs and also boycott such stores

Dear team, im regular customer of yours , I visited many of your stors but kalamassery is the worst store ever in terms of food as well as staff If you’re staff is not able to deal with rush then replace the staff or add more potential manpower .. you’re store still having rush means we enjoying your food as well as the atmosphere, if your staff and food like this which is very disappointing.
Im expecting a better service from kalamassery store and me , my family or friends never ever visit kalamassery...
