PVS Mango Bakers, East Fort — Restaurant in Kerala

I am posting this out f frustration; this s the 2nd time I'm having a bad experience from here. I asked for a half kg cake for which they asked me to wait as they were unloading the fresh bakes which is well understood, I waited for 1/2 hr for them to show what they have got, later one of the lady there showed me a purple velvet cake, very imperfectly made as if I am waiting for their charity to be served. Above all, a bakery should be kept neat and tidy but the place is completely messed up. Mango team : please correct your sales members there and ask them to serve a customer well. We are not there to be slammed by rash behaviour and low quality product. If a customer request something find what they need, show what you have got and then ask; taking a product out and shoving it on to a customer's face is not the right way. I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. They seemed completely disinterested in their work, and I suspect the management might not be compensating them properly. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also outright rude and unresponsive. Both male and female staff members exhibited the same dismissive attitude. When I asked about juice options, they responded arrogantly, as if I was inconveniencing them. It felt like they wanted customers to accept whatever they preferred rather than catering to our choices. I visit this branch quite often since it is a good place to stop for a quick snack. The service is quick and efficient and there are two small tables for small groups. Today we dropped in here for my evening tea and ordered a vegetable roll, a chicken roll and tea. It was evening so there was quite a few people but we received our food quickly with no delay.
