I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious concern regarding a food delivery I received from your hotel. I had placed an order on 26 July at ~ 9:30pm, and the packet was delivered at around 9:40-9:45pm. I have attached the bill and delivery details along with this letter for your reference.

After consuming the food, I unfortunately experienced serious health issues. Due to the severity of the reaction, I am compelled to verify whether the packet delivered to me was indeed prepared and dispatched from your hotel correctly and safely.

Before raising this matter with the food safety authorities and consumer grievance systems, I wanted to extend the courtesy of contacting you directly. If you notice any suspicious activity in your kitchen, delivery process, or staff handling the order, I urge you to investigate it thoroughly. A lapse of this kind, if found, may not only affect customer well-being but could also harm the reputation of your esteemed establishment.

Pricing is budget friendly .. cheap .. so I would give full marks for that..

Tastes good so I gave 2 stars

No cashless facility... Had to run to ATM ... returning then learned no change of 2000 so I was asked to find change own my own...so I just sat there for like 15 minutes ultimately they gave me change.. Otherwise I would have given it around 3 stars.. Stille not worth the trouble..

Cleanliness is not upto par especially kitchen... Food containers where set up on floor openly and where they do all other works.. floors and walls don't look so clean... Even when people are eating around they are using broom sticks to clean dust from the floor...

Customer relations is weak and lose all points for that... I was asked to change seat twice... Not in a customer...

If you going to eat here read this I ate Chappathi and Gopi Manchurian and Tea Chappathi is a roasted half cooked chappathi we will buy in supermarkets.As usual average big size and taste is not good My rating -1/5 Gopi Manjurian is gravy,Fried Couliflower are there with as usual items My rating 3/5 Volume is enough for 2 person if you eat less curry may be 3 Tea is good not strong but a little bit light and low sugar ( I usually need more )if u need more sugar you have to say it My rating 3/5 If you going eat something it is good to eat Dosa or light dishes other than chappathi.its never gonna recommended Other rating Washing 3/5 Mens toilet in right side 3/5 Toilet in left 2/5 Overall cleanliness 2.8/5 Other things sweets shop Weight checking machine Good...
