Nandhaas is a household name among sweet enthusiasts in Thiruvananthapuram, synonymous with quality and taste. In addition to their primary location, they also operate a branch in Pattom.
This popular sweet shop offers an array of delights, including traditional sweets, vegetarian snacks, and an assortment of Kerala-style chips made from banana, tapioca, potato, and more.
Nandhaas stands out as a premier destination for delectable sweets and chips, showcasing an attractive and well-organised display of their products. Although I'm not particularly fond of sweets myself, Nandhaas has been my go-to destination for special occasions and gifts. Read moreDate of visit - 18 Nov 2021 Good quality, overpriced and not really customer friendly in terms of billing and payment.
What I liked - good set up, clean, spacious, good packing, nice arrangement - it will make people buy more.
What I didn't like - pricing (good quality will be costlier, but most stuff are almost double the market rates, that's little too much in my opinion), too much plastic (plastic bags for chips etc not avoidable, but plastic containers for kappalandi etc is little too much)

They have a really good setup and good quality stuff. If they show some more alertness and be ready with payment options, they can do much better.
Will I visit them again? Not in the...

The banana chips (sweet and normal varieties), madhura seva, chakkavattal, tapioca chips (spicy and normal varieties) all were tantalising to the taste buds!! We managed to finish them all in a week's time sharing with our friends here :D They all loved it a lot!! I recommend the place as a must visit one not to be missed if you happen to be in Trivandrum and looking to get some taste of the traditional...
