A Disappointing Dining Experience at Sultan Grill N Rice I recently visited Sultan Grill N Rice, hoping for a delightful culinary experience. Unfortunately, our visit turned into a major disappointment. The primary issue arose with the quality of the food. We had ordered a full mandi meal, expecting generous portions of tender, succulent chicken. However, the chicken pieces were surprisingly small, significantly deviating from our expectations. When we brought this to the staff's attention, their response was dismissive, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued. To add insult to injury, the restaurant failed to provide basic amenities like drinking water. This oversight, coupled with the staff's indifferent attitude, further exacerbated our dissatisfaction. The culinary experience was not entirely salvaged by the rice, which was excessively salty. I went there today (16/02/2025) night around 9:30 PM. I had an Uzbek Pulao (Beef). The food was just okayish even though it costs around ₹400. The issue here is that I found a metal scrubber inside my food. Luckily I didn’t swallow and found it while chewing. I reported this issue and then the owner came and took away that metal scrubber piece from me. After that there was no response for like another 10 minutes and then I received an order of cheese pudding cake even though I didn’t order it. I understood that these guys admit the mistake and they send this thing as a complimentary thing, okay that was a nice gesture from their side but I need to hear from their side why it has happened in a premium restaurant like this. Also, I didn’t get a formal apology from thier side and instead of an apology I received a cheesecake which was disappointed to see from such a reputed restaurant.

So while paying the bill I asked the manager to contact me with the owner but his response was very unprofessional and he said that this is a common mistake it happens everywhere, the owner is not available, the owner is not picking the call etc.. then he gave me a number of the owner then I personally called him but then also he didn’t pick up.

So after aII I want to say that is even though the food quality is okay the irresponsible behaviour from the management side was pathetic. so if you want to visit restaurant doesn’t care about the user review then you can definitely go there...
