Upper Berth — Restaurant in Kerala

Went to this Bar thrice. First two times were overall good experience. Especially the female waiters, from North East India were very Polite and Hard Working. The third visit to the bar was awful. The bouncers who were present there for the first time in my visit picked fight with few Twenty odd year youngsters who sat near our table. Came to know that it begun with them denying this customers from the Happy Hour Offer which which was clearly mentioned before. Then the bouncer and a Manager (who's bald) denied them to use the lift which everyone was using until then. This chaos went for sometime which made me and my friend think of leaving the place. These Troublemaker staffs returned while we were upto finish the last beer we ordered and started picking fight with a fifty plus year old man who was there sitting alone and having his beer. They were shouting at him to pay the bill. They started abusing the man when he question the act and threatened to throw him out. This poor guy who already paid 400 rupees per beer (he must be at least 5 beers down) was literally bowing down and asking them for forgiveness while they continued insulting him. This is a customer who paid one of the best price for his drinks and good ambience the place had to offer. This made me realise that any great place can suck for the mismanagement and bad servics. This Bouncers and the manager were nothing less than hooligans. This is not the way any service industry should function. Especially when you're charging as much as the best bars in the city. Decided not to visit this bar again. Feel sorry for the good ambience and...

I had a very bad experience in their bar while me and my friends were staying there , their waiters and managers doesn't know to respect or how to serve their customers. I visited this place three times. Three times their behaviour is same .

My latest experience !!

When I asked for glass they told me to drink from bottle , first I thought I heard wrong , then I asked her again , then the same reply drink from the bottle we don't have glass.

I went to the manager and he Had the same answers .

They say it's because we came in group and we didn't order enough .

Our bill amount was 2900+ and we had two rooms .

Had a very bad experience,we sat on the sofa and he made us to wake up from that sofa and told only to be seated on the chair,there were no other customer, and all the seats where free... The staff (male) were compelling us to sit on the chair itself, n he was arrogant... It's our wish where to sit n all, and there was not even a single customer... Now I know why no one is coming there, worst customer...
