ViiBee The Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

The place had good ambience which was ruined by loud music. Great food which was ruined by delayed delivery..The restaurant had informed us that we only had to give the order 30 minutes in advance and we had given the order 1 hour before. Inspite of giving the order one hour before itself.. the food arrived in bits and pieces. For some people the food came first and drinks followed suit (those are the lucky ones). For some others the drinks came first and food was left for their imagination.. one of my friends had the opportunity to test his own patience upto a point where we all finished our food and drinks (which already came very late)..and even then our friend was waiting for his food.. Finally we all were waiting for his order to arrive so that we all can leave together. After some time we even thought of cancelling the order and getting something from outside. I applaud his patience though..he decided to wait. When the food arrived it was accompanied by potato wedges etc., but after a certain time you lose the appetite and nothing can bring that back.. not even a 5 course meal.

I have just one suggestion, don't give false expectations and make people wait. You could atleast have given us a hint that this would happen (we'd have chosen some other restaurant or we'd have made some other arrangements). If you guys are charging this much, you should invest in sufficient number of employees, cooking range, cooking space, utensils etc. Otherwise you could have just made atleast the sandwiches and kept it warm in an oven. The reason they told us was if the food is not cooked and served immediately it'll lose its 'taste'. Let me tell you one thing.. we all were frustrated by the unreasonable delay and we had the 'tasty' food which arrived after the circumstancial and untimely demise of our appetites just because we had booked in advance and we couldn't have left out of basic courtesy.

We waited for a long time so that we all could start our dinner together and then finally when our food went cold we had to start having it on our own, one by one..which actually ruined our evening. Just think, how it'll feel to have food infront of our hungry friends. Some managed with the potato chips from their friends' plates for the time being..still it wasn't the way we'd planned our dine out experience. You'd have gotten 4 stars if you'd managed to give the food atleast 30-40 minutes after we'd arrived.

Went here expecting good food and good vibes since it's a popular café. Well it was quite the opposite. Terrible experience – avoid at all costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

First, the service was absolutely pathetic. The staff seemed completely disinterested and clueless about basic customer service. They messed up our orders, forgot to bring one dish and then taking ages to correct them. When asked to repeat the order, he said that's not possible. No apologies, no sense of urgency—just pure negligence.

Now, coming to the food—an absolute disaster. It was beyond bland, completely lacking flavor, and tasted like it had been made with zero effort. We literally had to force ourselves to eat because we had already paid. It felt like they had thrown a few ingredients together without even bothering to check if it was edible.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even have water or glasses available because they were apparently “cleaning them.” What kind of a cafe doesn’t have basic drinking water for customers? And when we asked, they expected us to buy the bottled water. Unbelievable!

The overall management of this place were equally pathetic. The entire place had a chaotic, unorganized vibe. The lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious.

Save your time, money, and sanity— DO NOT come here. There are plenty of better places around that actually care about their customers and serve decent food. This place should be shut down or get a complete management overhaul because, at this point, it’s just a scam taking people’s money for a...

I recently visited Cafe Vibee and had an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were the loaded fries I ordered stale, but they also caused me to suffer from food poisoning for three whole days. This was truly a nightmare.

As a customer, I expect fresh and well-prepared food when dining out, and Cafe Vibee failed to meet this basic expectation.

To make matters worse, shortly after consuming the stale loaded fries, I fell ill with food poisoning. The symptoms were severe, and I was bedridden for three days, unable to perform my daily activities. This experience has been not only physically distressing but also emotionally draining.

Food poisoning is a serious issue that should never be taken lightly, especially by a reputable establishment like Cafe Vibee. It is their responsibility to ensure the safety and quality of the food they serve to customers. I'm deeply disappointed that they failed in this regard, putting my health at risk.

I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider dining at Cafe Vibee until they demonstrate a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. It's essential for restaurants to prioritize the health and well-being of their patrons, which, unfortunately, Cafe Vibee failed to do in my case. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call for them to make necessary...
