KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

My recent visit to KFC kakanad left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Upon ordering a porotta roll, we were served an uncooked meal, which was not only unacceptable but also potentially hazardous to consume. What made matters worse was the unprofessional behavior of the female staff member.Despite their obvious awareness of the issue, they attempted to brush off our concerns and even resorted to insulting behavior.

The lack of accountability from the staff was deeply concerning. It was evident that they knew they had served us an undercooked dish, yet they refused to acknowledge their mistake .They replaced only one roll and that too when we complained . What actually they did was just rolled the ready to cook porotta with a piece of chicken without cooking.

In addition to the uncooked food, the disrespectful treatment we received from the female staff further soured our experience. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any issues that may arise. The behavior exhibited by the staff at this KFC kakanad fell far short of these expectations.

Overall, my experience at KFC kakanad was extremely disappointing. Not only was I served uncooked food, but I was also subjected to unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff. It is my hope that KFC management takes swift action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. As it stands, I cannot in good conscience recommend KFC...

Don't even buy any food from this particular outlet , it is the second time I received chicken which is not at all cooked . The other time it was stale.Repeatedly if the condition is same that is true.Tried calling the outlet but never picked the call. Unknowingly actually ordered from Kakkanad kfc the second time and still recovering from food poisoning. This was the same condition when ordered from another hotel in Kakkanad. Never buying another thing from Kakkanad ever again ... Food safety is a joke guys here. After this review, I received a response and I mailed them the details as I am speaking truth, but I don't know whether the mail id I received is fake or not so I was reluctant to provide my mobile number but I shared order details. So they are closing the complaint as they haven't got complete details, this is exactly why these types of issues happening again and again . Atleast these people can check the reviews and understand the issues , they can verify outlet sometime, for a negative review if you just give reply to mail the details will not solve the issue. This is not the first time and after reading other reviews I am pretty sure this is common. Poor food. Enough said. Having tried KFC outlets in a variety of countries - Bahrain, Dubai, Turkey etc., to name a few, this outlet is quite possibly the worst I've had the displeasure of visiting yet. The Fried chicken is always in ridiculously small sizes and is mostly bones. One time, we were greeted with chicken that tasted and smelt mostly like lemon. Came for chicken, had a fleshy salad. Burgers are comparatively a lot better.

One other real annoyance. The outlet apparently has a review-to-get-10%-discount-on-your-next-meal-offer. This is well and good but the staff make it a point to come to your table, give you the receipt, and have you online review the restaurant immediately. Not only that, they make sure you select 'excellent' for every category. You dare to select any other option and the staff will helpfully poke at the 'right' option for you, all the while explaining how the outlet with the best reviews get rewarded at their quarterly meetings every year. Heartily sick of this bs and have made it a point to avoid the place...
