Read moreToday (23/11/2024) I had one of the worst customer experiences at Wow Momo, MOT Store. When I reached their counter, a boy(their staff only) sitting there told me that the shop was closed. I reached the counter when they just delivered their last order. I replied that I was not there to place an order but just wanted a bottle of Pepsi. He informed me that bottled Pepsi couldn’t be sold, but he could give me a Can. I agreed and said that was fine.
He then asked if I could pay in cash. Since I didn’t have my purse with me, I said I would check and come back. After borrowing ₹100 from my mother, I returned to the counter. However, there was no one to attend to me. Two other staff members were inside the store, and I called out to them. One of them responded that the store was closed.
I explained that I had come back for the Pepsi can and mentioned that one of their own staff members had said it could be given if paid for in cash. Instead of verifying who had told me this or even understanding why I had returned, they were adamant about saying, “The shop is closed,” regardless of what I said. It felt as though they were more interested in brushing me off than addressing my concern.
This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Such behavior from the staff reflects poorly on the brand, and I hope Wow Momo takes steps to improve their...
