Excellent affordable delicious food Excellent work by server, cook and owner. Food (aloo parantha and methi parantha) packed right on time, with plates, chutney, curd, salt, pickle for travelling back home. Tasty dishes we had- Malai kofta, Paneer do pyaza, Matar paneer, mixed vegetable, Dal, Tomato pasta, Vegetable chowmein *Breads- Butter chapati, aloo paranthe, methi paranthe. Especially tasty breakfast paranthas. *Drinks- lemon soda *Fresh home made curd was given Restaurant is walking distance to the main tourist site - Western group of Khajuraho temples, Khajuraho annual dance festival and fete, Khajuraho light and sound show. The restaurant also arranged an auto-rickshaw for us to visit eastern and southern group of temples The owner also has apartments for homestay. If you are looking for the best fresh Authentic vegetarian food for a price that cannot be beaten, Guru Kripa is the restaurant to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is always fresh, wonderful presentation great service and at a very very reasonable price. The portions and varieties of dishes are endless, 90. Rs can surely satisfy your empty stomach.

Because we liked the food, the friendly English-speaking staff and the ambiance we ate several times at Guru Kripta during our stay in Khajuraho. Guru Kripta serves great Indian food at a low prices (mains less than 150 INR). The place is very clean, has A/C and offers WiFi. Most of the friendly staff speak good English and can explain what the dishes on the menu are (it's in English, but without explanations). Located in Jain Mandir Street, it's only a few minutes from the Western group of temples and very close to many hotels.
