I visited the Golpark outlet of Aminia recently with high expectations, as this was my first time dining here (7/9/2025, Sunday). While the food itself was quite good in terms of taste and quality, my overall experience was disappointing due to the extremely poor service.
The biggest concern was the behavior of the waiter who attended our table on the second floor. I believe his name is Ansar, though when I politely asked, he initially refused to disclose it. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which immediately set a negative tone for the dining experience. A restaurant with such a strong legacy should train its staff to treat customers with respect and courtesy, but sadly, that was completely missing here.
Another major issue was the delay in service. From the time of placing the order to finally receiving the food, it took nearly 45 minutes. Such a long waiting period is unacceptable, especially when the restaurant was not overcrowded at the time. To make matters worse, I could not find a manager or receptionist to address my complaint on the spot. The lack of visible management further reflects poorly on this outlet’s commitment to customer service.
While I appreciated the food once it finally arrived, the rude behavior of the staff and the excessive waiting time overshadowed the experience. For a first-time visitor like me, this left a lasting negative impression.
In comparison, I would prefer visiting Karim’s, located just opposite to Aminia, where I have consistently found both good food and courteous service. Unless the management of Aminia Golpark takes serious steps to improve staff behavior and service efficiency, I am unlikely to return or recommend this...
