Bedwin - Golpark — Restaurant in Kolkata

Dont even want to give it one star but i have to so that I can post it.Very Disappointed with the service of this outlet.Ordered a special chicken briyani and sat there for more than an hour bug did not get and at last had to have mixed fried rice.There are one 8 dishes in the veg section and only one is available.They don't have any kind of Roti's and other Breda's.All they have is paratha.The chilli paneer I had with the paratha was not good it was tasteless.They have only 2 waiters and one of them is very rude and does not know how to treat the customers.Go to any other outlet of Bedouin, but DO NOT GO TO THIS OUTLET.IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WORST WAITERS AND THE WORST SERVICE THEN DO GO TO THIS PLACE.Lastly the waiter kept the extra money which we gave thinking it was his tip.I had to ask him to give me back the change and the waiter did not even count the money properly and was accusing me of giving extra money.Overall it...

There was a stench in the room that we stayed in, like that of urine. We were told that we had to tell them our exact duration of stay on the first day itself, and they would charge us for it whether we stayed that long or not 😮 I had some appointments at the hospital so it was difficult for me to tell them the exact number of days that may be needed. We decided to never stay here again. For a twin sharing bedroom, only one towel was provided, and that too won't be changed before 2 days. BEWARE people…….!!!! Booked my kids 4th birthday catering with the scoundrel and unprofessional cheat Mohun Chowdhury. Horrible caterer and worst management ever seen. No serving staff let alone the lack of cooking staff , wobbly paper plates , no napkins and spoon. Can’t even provide proper plates and cutlery.
