Chai Break - Girish Park — Restaurant in Kolkata

Though I often visit all the three outlets of chai break that is kankurgachi, saltlake and the new one at Girish park,I wanted to share the details of my yesterday's visit to Girish park at nearly around 8:30 pm when I reached there I saw that people were waiting for the table so I also did the same,inspite of waiting for more than half and hour I was not given a seat and the person who came after me was given the first priority service by one of the staff named PREM who is completely biased within customers. He told the remaining staffs also to give the seat to the guest who came after me and after that when I told that I was the one to come before them he told that no they came before you already. The people which were given the seat were my known and they told greeted me when they entered the cafe and asked for a table in front of me, such a behaviour of the staff is so not done. I had to walk of from the place Not expected such a kind of service...

I had a fantastic time at Chai Break Girish Park. The ambiance is chill and welcoming—perfect for unwinding with friends or just enjoying some solo time. I've visited this Chai Break outlet twice. The outlet is within a stone's throw distance from Girish Park metro. Located on the first floor, it has separate smoking and non-smoking areas. However, the non-smoking area has limited seating capacity. A major downside is that the washroom is accessible only through the smoking area. Food and drinks are decent. The servers could improve their service, as they seemed less willing to attend to the non-smoking area. Overall, it was a decent experience...
