Ganguram — Restaurant in Kolkata

I have physically been to this particular outlet and ordered online from here as well. When I first went here myself, I found the conduct of the person behind the cash counter and the person behind the sweet display to be extremely harrassing. The two kept exchanging glances and making gestures. Horrible experience. I decided I will never go here again. Today, I decided to try their sandesh, obviously since I didn't want to go to this particular outlet which is closest to my place of work, I ordered nolen gurer jalbhara sandesh for 175 for 4 pieces & nolen gurer pata sandesh 120 for 6 pieces. And to say I was disappointed is an understatement. What I received was stale, hard and more than 7 days old. I raised the dispute at Swiggy and they offered a 50 rupees refund. If you are reading this, don't order from this particular outlet, try the other outlets or even go to several other fantastic sweet shops Kolkata...

I never find this shop empty making it a bit difficult to buy as, the counter for making the payment is absolutely separated from the food counter. The process is tedious because, first you order, then they give you a token of the money to be deposited, finally you arrive at the payment counter, give the bill and return to take the parcel..
