I usually love to taste all the snacks and sweets from Gupta brothers but something wrong in this place specially this branch and that's why I am giving it 2 star now I am telling you what exactly happen and why I am giving 2 star only. Me and my friends went to this place in the morning but not so morning it's like 10 a.m. when we reach this place for breakfast and we try to order foods like pav bhaji and some others including Jalebi rasmalai all the things and they said it's not available and also they suggesting us to take their foods what they choose. It's ok that we 8 to different things over there one is club kachori and another one is a fried bada plate I didn't remember the name. It's definitely test good but the problem is there is no water supplying no one is taking the order seriously and continuously denying this is not here and we cannot provide right now and also some of their products they said to go down and purchase over there we didn't provided upstairs dining area. So my question is when you guys are having a dining area then why you guys couldn't provide the food.. and when finally we went to down we come across such a good behaviour and the providers such a good way all the foods it's like we are not in a Gupta brothers upstairs but right now we are. So it's a bizarre experience we had on that day and I definitely if I ever want to purchase anything I definitely go to the town and purchase the food for bring it to my home but never ever suggest or go by myself to the upstairs for having a food over there in the...

This outlet is degrading day by day. Firstly, all the staffs were just chatting and an old staff came up to us it was so tough to place an order as half of the things were not there and the staff was not able to understand anything properly. Secondly, when we received our order the noodles were not that hot as it should be and after having a certain amount we realised it's stale and on complaining the staff said it's fresh only we made it now but unfortunately if it would have been just cooked it wouldn't have been that cold.
