Hot & Spicy — Restaurant in Kolkata

Ordered one full mixed schezwan chowmein. This is my experience... Prawns in the chowmein were not washed properly. Had so much sand and dirty stuff which you can literally feel during eating. Never ever had such a bad quality mixed chowmein. It was so spicy and so many green chillies were added that we were literally crying when we started eating it. Could not even finish the whole portion. Too much oil were present which is absolutely unhygienic. Thick strands of chowmein were used which are obviously not of good quality.

Overall experience is just very bad and pathetic. I will never ever taste food from this outlet even if offered me...

The quality and quantity of food is very good, all the staff of the shop is very good and their behaviour is good, but there is a chance to do better, if they do that as a customer will...
