ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS I'VE EVER VISITED❤️
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oudh 1590 Naktala and indulging in their exquisite biriyani and mutton bhuna. Let me start by saying that this restaurant truly lives up to its name. The flavors and aromas that emanate from their kitchen are nothing short of delightful.
The biriyani at Oudh 1590 Naktala is a masterpiece. As soon as the plate was placed before me, I was captivated by the vibrant colors and the fragrant steam rising from the dish. The rice was perfectly cooked and each grain was separate and fluffy. The aromatic blend of spices infused into the rice created a symphony of flavors that were both rich and balanced. The succulent pieces of tender mutton were generously layered throughout the biriyani, and with every bite, I could taste the depth of the marinade. Overall, the biriyani was a harmonious blend of flavors that left me craving for more.
Now, let's talk about the mutton bhuna. This dish was a true celebration of the robust flavors of Indian cuisine. The mutton was cooked to perfection, with the meat so tender that it practically melted in my mouth. The bhuna gravy was a symphony of spices, with a perfect balance of heat and depth. The aromas of ginger, garlic, and caramelized onions filled the air, and each bite revealed new layers of flavor. The rich and velvety texture of the gravy coated the mutton pieces beautifully, infusing them with its complex flavors. The mutton bhuna was served with freshly baked naan, which was the ideal accompaniment to mop up every last bit of that delectable gravy.
The service at Spice Delights was exemplary. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided recommendations and ensured that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The ambience of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a touch of elegance that made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.
In conclusion, Oudh 1590 Naktala has truly mastered the art of preparing biriyani and mutton bhuna. The flavors, the quality of ingredients, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the meal were outstanding. If you are a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to indulge in a flavorful culinary experience, I highly recommend visiting Spice Delights. Your taste buds...
Read moreFor celebrating the New Year on 1st Jan (yesterday) we choose Oudh 1590 Natktala branch for taking my family out there. To beat the crowd we reached at 6:45pm early evening and as expected apart from a double sitting table the entire restaurant was empty. We were 8 member and Manager was insisting us to manage in a 7 seater which is a six seater and he added a extra chair. But he was arguing not to join two 4 seaters and explanations were baseless.
Food: I am well aware of Oudh and been before in normal days. I tried their Lachha Paratha and Shahi Chicken Kurma before But was surprised to see they said all are not available. What's the meaning of a brand if you say 'Not Available' to customers for all the chosen items from your menu. Instead they said Lucknow Paratha is good and that turn out to be worst than normal Paratha in roadside stalls. Chicken was half cooked and was stinking inside. Mutton pieces were full of large bones and 10% meat. The Tandoori roti came as papad hard. Butter Nan was not up to standard. Soda sikanji was just like normal Jaljeera and so sign or taste of soda. They didn't even provide the Raita with Biriyani. It was really disappointed and screwed up our 1st Jan dinner celebration. I had elders and young child in the group and all were super upset.
Don't spoil others day if you can't handle crowd: Limit your booking and scale up as per requirement. These are basics for restaurant business. Rather you are degrading your quality and service. THIS IS TERRIBLE 😞😞..Please don't spoil a special day if you are in capable of managing a brand. Look at Arsalan as a brand, no matter whatever the festival , they limit their volume and maintain quality till inventory last.
This screwed up our day and all the effort to went there. Also utter waste of ~5K rupees for such disgusting dinner and experience.
Hope Oudh management will take this feedback seriously...
Read moreI went to have dinner with my family. I will share the whole experience in points. We ordered 5 tandoori roties, the roties were cut in half, so if I trust my math we should get 10 pieces. We got 6 half pieces, so I thought that they have served 3 roties at the moment, and will serve rest after sometime, but when I asked them they told all 5 rotiee were served. No idea how they have calculated. My father wanted to have Mutton Chaap, but when I ordered they told it is not available, then again I ordered something else it was also unavailable so finally I asked them to suggest something good which is avaiable from the menu. I ordered Mutton Awadhi Handi biriyani for myself, the biriyani was very dry, almost forcing me to buy a side dish, the biriyani was not having salt, I had to add salt to be able to eat it and moreover the size of the mutton was very small. I wish I could attach the picture of the mutton piece. Lastly all the quantities of the food was very less, it said serves 2, but I am sure it wont be enough for 2 regular people.
When the manager came to ask for feedback I simply said these things, instead of agreeing he asked "Do you consume more salt ?" I simply replied maybe, this is the first time I am having Biriyani so I might not know how biriyani tastes.
(I am very fond of Biriyani, I have tasted almost every Biriyani avaiable in Kolkata as well as outside Kolkata like Hyderabad, Bangalore etc.)
Only thing that we like on the basis of taste on that day was the side dish (Mutton preparation) that they suggested to have with Tandoori Roties and Firni.
Lastly I can say that this was my 5th and last visit to OUDH 1590. Maybe on that day they had some issues with the biriyani and other food items, it can happen, no big deal, but the the problem was they should have accepted...
