KFC — Restaurant in Kolkata

This is one of the outlet which has been harboured the most and is still on the trot. It is being located on the Food Court of Mani Square and requires a Food Court card for accessing its services. It though doesn't have a separate enclosure has few seats which are always seen to be occupied by the KFC users. Taking the space into account, it can be said a moderate outlet, if not small.

The staffs out here, according to me, are not only non-friendly, but rude at times. However, it has to be noted that I have been here numerous times and got nice treatments too; probably because of other shift's staff. Once I have had a real bitter issue with them which made me complain to KFC. The Store Manager indulged in and then the issue was solved.

There is nothing out of the box to be mentioned about the food as it maintains KFC standards. The food delivery is neither fast nor slow; and, they do not personally serve the food if they take much time. Either you have to stand there or you need to check in time to time, else your food will be stale and they won’t bother.

Despite its ruckus, you will find the KFC packed almost all the time.

A visit not much...

The staff is not good his name is Rahul, We ordered 599 rupees bucket…. Which is comes with 4 pices of crispy chicken and 4 pieces of red smoke chicken… red smoke chicken was not fresh and it was very chewy very dry… before we had a many times but it is not like that…. After we asked for change the item…. because this is not fresh but he is told me due to the temperature it looks not fresh then he is told me ok give me some time i will give you the other one then after 10minutes he called me and gave me the same food…But the same one is gave us again after toss in pan and puttied some masalas… but it still was not fresh and juicy that's why it was very chewy and dry which is very disappointed...KFC...

Today we visited this outlet and dine in at around 9:15 pm,after picking up my order I had asked the assistant person name Mr.Rahul to give an extra straw upfront he denied to give the same and said that it was countable. I don't understand whats your company rule on 14th of this month we visited kfc Rangoli belur and also asked to give an extra straw there they didn't denied for the same,if it's company rule then in one day how it has changed if it's changed please update the same or else ask your assistant name Rahul at maisquareall to give proper service it's abou service and...
