KFC — Restaurant in Kolkata

I would not suggest anyone to visit this particular KFC restaurant, as it has been my worst experience visiting here. As you can see the restaurant had no crowd but I had to wait for ordering for about 20mins infront of the cash counter,because although all the counters were open(no closed sign) but only one person was at the counter name Mira,and she was so incapable for her job that she was unable to take orders,unable to communicate and finally came another incapable person name Mala,she took the order,absolutely unaware of English language, unaware of any type of etiquette. And I was asked to again wait for 5mins while my order will be ready, but again after waiting for another 15-20mins AN INCOMPLETE ORDER WAS SERVED, asking for the rest of the item,they said it wasn't ready so it'll take more time. After almost completing my meal I went again to ask for the rest of my order but they couldn't give it,because it wasn't ready till then,and this was about another 20mins. Before leaving I wanted to use the washroom,and that was again horrendous, it was dirty and stinking 🤮 ! There was no one to clean it up either,and the restaurant staff was least bothered. After complaining over sending an online feedback I was just assured by one of the kfc customer care staff that they'll take step against it and I must visit again,but honestly I do not want to visit this place ever again, just to be served with the utmost careless attitude by the staffs. Don't want to rate it very bad because of a small issue I faced with an order on the 31st of December. Here is a summary: •Ordered 2 packs of chicken fried, each containing 5 pieces (or atleast it should have according to advertisement and staff) •Person taking orders refused to print out computer generated bill, but instead insisted on taking a picture on my phone. No big deal, I accepted and got the picture of the bill taken •Was given a waiting time of 10 mins. No problem. •15 mins pass by, asked the staff at counter, they said they don't have any such order! I showed them on my phone and they said they forgot. Fine, I had to wait for 5 more mins to get my food! Accepted, acknowledging the fact that pressure on staff was high on New year's Eve. •However when I opened the pack at home, I noticed I had 9 pieces instead of 10. Considering the pieces were quite big and I had paid ₹750 I think I lost out on quite a bit. @Store manager, if you're reading this then I want to know how can I be compensated, if at all? Petty issue so not gonna leave...

A wonderful KFC restaurant... All the waiters and even people at help desk are extremely friendly... I'll share one incidence we faced here:

When we were eating our dinner yesterday, we were watching a commercial ad of KFC on a TV which has being installed by the restaurant itself. The man who disguised himself as Colonel Harland Sanders ( the old man on KFC's logo), looked 99 percent like Amitabh Bachchan. But, my relatives were continuesly nagging that it's not "Big B".... Then we had a bet and I asked one of the waiters about our confusion... I was quite scared about how he would react as he was doing an important work... But, to my surprise, he happily gave a smile and nodded his head sidewards mentioning "NO" and to my bad, I lost the bet... But, I was very happy and delighted by each and everyone's behavior and I'm planning to visit the KFC soon again to try the... "Finger...
