Stay Away from Hotel Green Leaf - A Nightmare Experience Reveals Common Scam

I booked a two-night stay at Hotel Green Leaf through Oyo, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. When we got there at night, they said our booking was canceled and charged us double the price at the counter.

The room was really bad - smelly, humid, and the mattress felt like it had been soaked in water for years. It was so uncomfortable that two people couldn't sleep properly. They didn't provide basic things like a kettle, toothbrush, or toothpaste. All we got was a dirty towel.

When I complained to the hotel staff, they didn't care at all. Later, I found out that this is a common thing at Hotel Green Leaf. Many customers have been charged extra like this.

My advice: Don't book this hotel. It's not just uncomfortable; they also do shady things with their prices. Look for a better...

If I would have the ability to give -5 star review I would give that to this hotel. First of all, The room is so small, My bathroom of my home is big than the room of greenleaf, dirty bathroom. There was no TV inside the room. No AC remote, If you want to change the temperature, you have to call service boy at night in your room. There was no water in the bathroom from night 12 AM to next morning 9 AM, what a disgusting and irritating service, I called 4 times to service desk of hotel, but no resolution I got, Totally unprofessional service...I had to use paid mineral water in bathroom. There was no Almirah in the room...My booking price was rs. 1616 (Booking ID is - EIYE0805), but the room was like rs. 161...OYO should review the hotel, and cancel their partnership with this hotel...I have told all the problems to OYO customer service but they denied for the refund..I will never use OYO...And please avoid this...

I booked the hotel from oyo and paid full amount. After that when I arrived at the hotel they asked to pay 500 rs extra and misbehaved with me and my spouse. I called oyo and the oyo customer care did nothing. The hotel stuff said they will not talk to oyo an they will not give room without paying 500 rs extra. Therefore i had to leave the hotel and the oyo customer care didnt care about it. This oyo hotel chain and this green leaf hotel is fraud. Becareful and never book any hotel via oyo. I am deleting this oyo application from my mobile now. Thanks oyo for the harassment. This is expected from the greedy and fraud company like oyo. Please never go to any hotel which is written as oyo by mistake also. You will be harrased to the level that you will feel pitty on yourself. And the green leaf hotel stuff misbehaving and harrasing activity should be condemned. So much fraud...
