Update to KFC on their response: From a customer handling standpoint it was great..the steaming burger made up for the delay..so nothing to be sorry about.. But yes, over the counter order management can be looked into.. I would say again..thanks much for the freshest burger experience.
Went there for dinner...Thanks to KFC employee Debolina, had the freshest burger ever in 15years (across many countries)...it was straight out of the oven..with the chicken patty streaming hot...it was a surreal experience...
Background for this: Amongst the full order, were 2 tandoori chicken burgers..out of which we received 1 and she mentioned that the other 1 is being prepared and she would make it available in some time at our table..
But time went by, we almost finished the order but the tandoori chkn burger didn't turn up..i made around 3 visits to the counter to check the status.. At the final visit, i saw Debolina getting directly involved in the burger prep, instead of relying on the other prep guy in the kitchen.. In a few moments, she arrived at our table with the burger and an additional pack of medium popcorn as a token to compensate for the significant delay . That was the 1st surprise...the biggest surprise was, when upon taking a bite into the burger...the patty was steaming hot..the bun was as fresh as it can be... frankly, the fresh burger made up for the delay & the popcorn was not necessary...after finishing the meal, i personally went to the counter and thanked her for this positive customer experience & mentioned to her what i have written above in the opening para.. I had ordered 2 chicken zinger burgers from KFC via Zomato. They had a promotional offer of 1 free medium chicken popcorn. When I received my order, one burger was missing. They sent an empty burger box and a half empty chicken popcorn box.
I called up this store. The manager picked up and was totally adamant, no apologies whatsoever. He told me he would be checking security footage to confirm my issue. Basically implying that I’m lying.
He asked for some time and said would get back to me. Obviously he didn’t, I had to call him up again to enquire if he was done going through the security footage. He told he had done so and he couldn’t understand if the items were packed or not.
I told him that as a consumer, if I am raising a complaint the bare minimum I expect is an apology. He started yelling at me. I asked him his name so that I could complain to concerned authorities and he denied the request and asked me to do whatever I can. He didn’t care.
Seems like the manager of this store is trying his best to go out...

I ordered Rice & Chicken combo; which contained Chicken popcorn rice bowl gravy- 2 buckets, 2 hot & crispy chicken🍗, Medium French fries🍟& a Pepsi(which is missing in this pic😁😁) via Zomato. It took near 45 minutes to come. Such a bad service by zomato. But, taste, quantity & quality of food were upto the mark.

In my 2nd visit here- We had- Chizza (new favorite 💕 ) Virgin Mohito Chicken ginger burger 🍔 😋 Nice ambience. Good staff behavior. Nice experience.
