Visited this outlet yesterday, and oh boy.
First, they informed us that they wouldn't be accepting orders at the counter and directed us to a self ordering kiosk. After going through the ordeal of ordering our dinner through a ridiculous menu, we paid for the order, but a bill was not produced from the machine since it had run out of paper. We tried to call one of the staff, but they paid no heed.
We sat down at one of the seats, and awaited out order. 30 mins go by and we have no clue. I reached out for help at the counter where they asked me to produce a bill. Startled, we had to repeat the incident that took place earlier. This is where the staff's utter incompetence showed itself.
They said, they can't find our order but can only check that a transaction was processed. Then the questions started to pour in. What was the order amount sir? What did you exactly order sir? Sir please tell us the exact order sir? Was the meal paired with this or that? Can we recreate the order from scratch for the nth amount of time sir?
Even though we had repeatedly informed them of everything to the best of our memories.
20 mins later, a manager I think stepped in to control the situation which was getting incredibly frustrating since it had been an hour that we had stepped inside and almost 45 mins since we paid for our meal.
Another 20 mins later, we were finally served. I don't have much to say about the food. It was impressively dull. Needless to say I'm never visiting a Mc Donald's again.
Speaking of the atmosphere, it's as dead as the brains of the staff working there. I hope they stop hiring retards for the managerial positions. And actually make an effort to provide a good experience to their customers.
