DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered mutton curry and veg dal from them today 8th August, 2023 and it is a horrible experience. The mutton was not only STALE, but the SPICES WERE BURNT AND THE DISH WAS WITHOUT ANY SALT, THE MEAT WAS 90% FAT. The Dal was also BURNT AND WITHOUT ANY SALT. When I called to tell them all about these, they were profoundly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. To be fair, I asked them to come down to my house and to verify if my allegations were correct or not but they clearly declined obviously because they knew I was right. They constantly insulted and made unprofessional comments on my personal food choice and habits and falsely alleged me of not making any payments. They did not even have the basic manners to hang up only after both the parties come to a neutral discussion point. When I called, they were not answering. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this kind of service, they're just fooling people by taking the full money but providing such rubbish in the name of food. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RATING....

I ordered two veg thali today night from Rani Khuti. They supplied rotten pulse and all the items were cooked in the morning. They prepare foods only in the morning and deliver the same through out the day. No proper arrangements are there to store the foods for supply rest of the day. I called them to register my grievance but primarily they denied my complaint.
