Bike & Blend, Golf Gardens — Restaurant in Kolkata

Bike and blend cafe is located in Prince Anwar Shah Road serving a great varieties of dishes. It is a small cozy cafe with soft music being played in the background. The items that I tried there were -

1. Mutton keema with egg devil- This item just tastes great.It had a full egg coated with mutton keema and its outer layer was very crispy. Thus a must try item.

2. Fish finger - This item is one of my favourite. The fish was very fresh and the stuffing tasted very good. The outer layer was crispy as they used panko bread crumbs which made the item taste more good.

3. Fish fry - It was quite big in size. The fish was very fresh and the stuffing too tasted great. Thus a must try item.

4. Chicken steam momo - It came in 8 pieces and was served with a dip. The chicken stuffing was very delicious and went well with the dip.

5. Pan fried pork momo - It is just my favourite. There were 8 pieces. It was spicy and tasted fabulous.

6. Chicken junglee sandwich - It is one of their signature item which was well stuffed with chicken, mayonnaise and cheese. Thus tasted great.

7. Chicken stroganoff - This item was served with butter rice. The chicken was tender and juicy. It was light and will leave ur taste bud giving a pleasant feeling.

8. Pork sausage butter toss - The pork sausage was tossed in butter and was well garnished with exotic vegetables. It was light and classy in taste. It would go well with hard drinks.

9. Chicken sausage with barbeque sauce - The sausages were tossed in barbeque sauce which gave a tangy and spicy blast to my taste bud. The portion was good and garnished with exotic vegetables.

10. Koraisutir kachuri with pork vendaloo - This dish is a fusion of Bengali and porteguese cuisine. The pork pieces were quite big in size. They were tender and juicy. The curry was flavourful and tasty.

11. Brownie with ice cream - The brownie was soft and the ice cream with chocolate sauce and almonds on it tasted heavenly.

One has to try to understand why it is one of the recommended items. • Steamed Chicken Momos: Thin coated flavourful juicy chicken momos that'll leave you craving for more! 😍 • Panfried Pork Momos ⭐: The filling of the momos are very flavourful & the dish overall won my heart! My mother, sister and I went on a walk. Then we discovered this particular cafe. From the outside it looked great. Rustic yellow lights, light soothing instrumental in the background. So we gave it a try. I must say it was worth it. At 1st we ordered just a plate of chicken steamed momos. The momos were good. The price for momos were a tad bit on the higher scale. I think the price could have been a bit less thinking of the quantity given. But considering the vibe, ambience. It was worth it. Then we ordered Egg devil with mutton keema. It was stupendous. Like out of the World. This particular dish has become my mother's favourite one. I'm surely recommending this to everyone visiting the cafe. Please have this. You'll not regret. Coming to the best part, the playlist. Oh god! The owner did his best job there. That thing kept us glued. Been there for just 1 hr. But that hour enjoyed a lot. The owner was such a jolly, humble person. Having such a huge years of experience yet so down to earth. Kudos to you and your team. One thing I would like to mention about the owner, I've never met such a thoughtful person of such grandeur. He borrowed some time from us just to drop the chef so that he doesn't miss his train.
