The Howrah Bridge — Restaurant in Kolkata

The owner of this restaurant must see this review and give proper training to his/her staff on " good coordination and time management" otherwise your staff will spoil the image of your dream restaurant.

As per me, the staff of this restaurant makes this restaurant as one of worst restaurant having no class service in Kasba, Kolkata. I give order fisha masala and half rice at 1.38 pm at restaurant itself but got food around 2.13pm. The Manager instructed groundstaff for preparation but the groundstaff did not responded even not bothered to the instruction. See the level of coordination and time management skill of staff. This is not first time that i face this situation. Since my home is nereby area and i went there few times and most of the times i faced this kind of situation. I had ordered for Chill chicken, Chicken fried rice, Steam chicken momo and Chicken gravy chowmin. Out of all this items only fried rice was eatable and the rest was not good at all. Steam momo was fully dry from inside as it was frozen from so many days and chilli chicken was like a chicken curry with only taste of tometo sauce and the gravy chowmin was provided with so less gravy that it can't be mixed properly. I had ordered several time from howrah bridge and that why I went today again. But I am very disappointed with the food they provide this time. I don't think I will eat...

I am a regular customer over them as my office is near by they charge 180 for fish thali and if you took only rice and fish that charge 160 today I took only rice and fish rice was over boiled and potato of the fish curry was not boiled but when I going to paid they charge fish thali 180 I said I only took rice and fish not the sabji and all but the waiter and the cashier have some tide up they took 20 rs more from me it's a unethical way they took the money but this cost of 20 they will loose so many customers as me and my office colleagues will never...
