The Sugar & Spice — Restaurant in Kolkata

Very bad service. I ordered a cake one last Friday and also done the half payment. My delivery time was 6pm. I went today at 8pm to receive my cake which I have ordered last Friday, but the shop was closed. I ask many shopkeeper near the shop, they said that shop already closed at 5pm. I called on numbers mentioned on the pay slip but it was invalid. I called on customer care of suger and spice and they suggest me go to another branch of suger and spice (location : opposite of NRS hospital) I went there and received my cake from the shop and want to say that the also gave me my bus fare and also his behaviou was good. Thanks for helping me (opposite to NRS hospital branch) and please take some action against the sukia street branch. The person from sukia street branch , have not even called me , if he had some urgency then he should at least called...

Had to visit the Sukhea street outlet as we were hungry. We though the safest option was to buy a sandwich. But oh my god! It was such a waste. It was stale and extremely sour like extremely. I reported it to the staff but he was extremely reluctant about it and said he can't do anything. Like seriously? And I had to pay ₹70 for that waste. It was extremely disappointing. I knew that Sugar and Spice isn't a good option but did not expect it to be this bad . I'm never visiting this...
