The hotel was so beautiful and attractive! I can definitely understand how much the owner has put efforts to make the customers satisfied. But there are certain things which I shall bring into the attention of the owner/manager. First thing first.I had booked the hotel from OYO, which promised clean linen. However, the bedsheet had spots on it. Upon interrogating the staff, he told that every bedsheet is the same - with spots of dirt. On visiting the washroom, I noticed that there was toilet paper, and no dustbin. Oh, and there was a used toilet paper with human feces in it. Gross! That's where you lose two stars, for two grave shortcomings, which brings me to the third serious issue. The staff was extremely ill mannered. No, I am not taking about his way of talking, but everytime he came for a room service, he rang the door bell, and entered without permission, all of this happening within a second! Highly unacceptable. Looking at the wall-bed, I realised the efforts of the owner in making the room lovely, but unto what extent can a person love it, if there's stains of god-knows-what on it, and there's no bedsheet provided to spread over it. Upon demanding one, I was enlightened that the entire hotel lacks an extra bedhsheet. Ironical! In short, change the staff of the hotel, or else one mere staff can waste millions that you invested....
Read moreI strongly advise future guests to book at their own risk. During my stay, I experienced concerning and unnecessary surveillance by the hotel staff. If you interact with anyone outside the front gate—whether for personal reasons, meetings, or business-related conversations—be extremely cautious.
After such interactions, staff members (notably dressed in red shirts) were observed following up with individuals I had spoken to, seemingly trying to gather details about the conversation. This behavior felt intrusive and unjustified.

Read moreA good experience overall. Located at the heart of the city on Amherst Street near SVS Marwari Hospital, opposite Amherst Street petrol pump. 10 mins walk from Sealsah Railway Station, 15 mins walk from College Street Crossing. A good and decent hotel. Cleanliness is good. Looks value for money.
Geyser, AC, Electric Kettle, Tea Bags, and Coffee Sachets are available in every room.
Room service is good. Special mention to the Night Manager Mr. Somnath. He is a polite and cooperative guy. His service is commendable.
Would recommend this hotel as a budget-friendly hotel.
N.B.: Not to be confused with Google Maps's Eenraa North Guest House. That is wrongly...
