The rating is totally based on 3 incident that happened with me over the time. Today I ordered food from KFC and Dosa from D rajnikant. There were 1 red tray from KFC and 2 green trays for dosas. I couldn't finish all the things that I bought from KFC so I left a chicken longer burger in the tray to take it back home. Both my parents had finished their dosa so their trays were totally empty. I went to the washroom to wash my hands, My mother was there looking for me and my father was just calling someone. They were looking at the entry gate and the Red tray was on the opposite side. Suddenly they found that someone picked up the red tray and tried to walk away as fast as he could. They even called him but he didn't cared to listen Or even turn back to see why is anyone calling. My parents didn't wanted to create a chaos over this thinking that may be it was not his fault. Now coming to me I have faced this thing twice before but fortunately I was cautious enough to catch them and tell them "there is still food left in the tray, don't take it away". What kind of worker do work in this food court where they don't even bother to ask whether they should pick up trays? And how is it important to pick up just the tray where still a packed burger is left and it is not important to pick up two other empty trays where there is nothing left? I asked a guy last time "why don't you guys ask us whether we have finished our meal??" when he tried to take the tray away without asking me. How can the management don't care to see how the workers actually behave? The way my food was taken today can clearly be called a case of stealing. Next day even if I see anyone picking up the tray without asking I will surely drag this thing to the management and make sure an action would be taken. This is such a disgusting behaviour to expect. People don't go there to run after people saying "don't take my food". The minimum thing which is expected is that they would atleast ask us if they could pick up the trays. And there were two other empty trays which were not taken away. He clearly wanted to steal the food and he was successful. I will seriously drag this issue with the management next time anything like this if happened. If possible and if there are CCTVs management can check the video records. It was around 5:30-5:45.
